
Placing an order: You can place your order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our online store sometimes features items that stores don't carry or sale items. If you would like to order by phone, you can call our order line at: 760-365-5240 and place your order anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday Pacific Standard Time.
How to pay for your order: You can pay for your order using American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and more. We are using the PayPal system for credit card processing at this time. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use our system, however your credit card processing will still be handled by PayPal, why?, because keeping a low overhead means better prices to our customers!
Shipping:
Although items are shipped as soon
as possible, please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If an item
is currently out of stock, you can still order the item but do expect
a delay of your shipment of up to 4 weeks.
Guarantee:
All products have a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with
your order, please return the un-used product(s) to us for a prompt refund or
exchange less shipping. Returned items must be new and un-used. NO USED ITEMS
ACCEPTED. (Return shipping charges are not refundable.) Before
returning an item, please print out an RMA
form and then
call or e-mail our returns department at
rma@getoffsportswear.com
or 760-365-5240 for a return authorization number and include the form with
your return. Any returned goods not having this number on the form will be
returned to the sender at the senders expense. If you have
any questions about a returned item, please call GET OFF at

orders are normally shipped using UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives and the goods are damaged or you received an incorrect order, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase including shipping. All returns must be made within 14 days. Damaged goods would include tears, cracks, or anything else that would have happened during the manufacturing or packing process. If you received your goods but they were damaged by the freight carrier please call us before returning your merchandise.
